Dr Ian Ditchburn MBChB MRCGP
Dr Ian gained his degree in medicine from the University of Edinburgh in 2006. He trained as a GP in London and gained membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2012.
He works for the NHS in south-west London.
He's been a qualified aesthetic doctor since 2013 having previously worked in a well-known clinic in Soho.
His aim always is to help you achieve a subtle and natural look.

Consultations with Dr Ian are free and there is no obligation to proceed with any treatment. We understand that you might feel nervous about aesthetic treatment. In the consultation you'll be guided through your treatment options, what can be achieved, and any associated small risks. By the end of the consultation you'll feel informed and ready to decide if treatment is right for you.

If you decide to go ahead with a treatment we'll set a date. You'll be given time to read a consent form and ask questions. We'll review your medical history. We'll take photographs to compare before and after. If you prefer to have an anaesthetic numbing cream applied we can do so. After treatment you'll be given aftercare information.

You'll be able to contact us at any time with any queries. Our WhatsApp button is usually the best way to do so. Two weeks after treatment if any small additions of anti-wrinkle injections are needed this is free-of-charge.

TREATMENTS
Anti-wrinkle injections reduce the appearance of facial fine lines and wrinkles by temporarily relaxing facial muscles. This helps to achieve a smoother and more youthful look.
The treatment is most often used for forehead lines, frown lines, and crow’s feet lines. It is also used for bunny-lines, down-turned smiles, gummy smiles, and dimpled chins.

Jawline slimming aims to reduce the size of the masseter muscles which are responsible for chewing and can contribute to a wide jaw. The injections temporarily relax these muscles producing a more oval or heart-shaped face.

Eyebrow lift injections create a subtle lift to help rejuvenate the appearance of the eyebrows. This can help with hooded eyelids and low eyebrows.

The same injections that are used to reduce wrinkles are also very effective at reducing excessive sweating in the armpits. It can be a game-changer for those who struggle with excessive sweating.
Dermal filler facial injections are used to restore facial volume to address fine lines, wrinkles, and loss of definition. They can also be used to enhance facial features such as lips and cheeks. Fillers are made from Hyaluronic acid which is a natural sugar found in the body. After application of a numbing cream it is carefully injected into specific areas. It dissolves naturally over 6-18 months. If desired it can be dissolved sooner by your doctor using small injections of a dissolving agent

Lip fillers can enhance and define the lips. This can be done to restore lost volume or enhance the character of the lips. It can be done subtly to achieve a natural look.
Tear trough filler addresses the hollowing and dark circles under the eyes that can occur with ageing. The aim is to restore lost volume, resulting in a more youthful appearance. This can also give a subtle lift to the mid-face thus reducing the nasolabial lines.
Jawline filler is used to enhance and define the jawline. This treats concerns related to a lack of definition, sagging, or asymmetry in the jaw area.
Chin filler enhances and defines the chin. This can address concerns related to a weak or recessed chin. Chin filler can also be used to change the chin’s shape, for example to reduce the appearance of a cleft chin.
Cheek filler enhances and sculpts the cheek area. This can be used to treat volume loss, sagging, or asymmetry. It can also be used to enhance facial characteristics.
Nasolabial fold filler reduces the deep lines that run from the nose to the corners of the mouth. The lines are softened, creating a fresher and more youthful appearance.
Marionette line filler treats the lines that extend from the corners of the mouth downward to the chin, known as marionette lines. The lines are softened, creating a fresher and more youthful appearance.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is designed to enhance and reshape the appearance of the nose without surgery. This can address concerns related to asymmetry, bumps, or depressions.
